Sleeping better with head north and feet south头朝北,脚朝南,睡眠更好

There are rules respectively in spring, summer, fall and winter. Spring and summer should be “late sleep and early awake”, autumn should be “early sleep and early awake” and winter should be “early sleep and late awake”. It is better wake up before sunrise but not too late.
春、夏、秋、东都有他们自身的规律。春天和夏天应该晚睡早起,秋天应该早睡早起,冬天应该早睡晚起。最好是在太阳升起之前就起床,而不要起的太晚。
Generally hours of sleep in normal person is about 8 hours every day, people of valetudinarianism should increase hours of sleep properly.
一般人通常每天要保证8小时的睡眠,身体比较虚弱的人需要保证更长时间的睡眠。

人应该头朝北,脚朝南,会保证更好的睡眠
The human body is influenced by terrestrial magnetic field at anytime and anywhere. Cerebrum is also influenced by magnetic field during sleep. If people sleep with head north and foot south, magnetic lines of force penetrate human body placidly which can maximum reduce disturbance of terrestrial magnetic field so that sleep is more comfortable.
人的身体会受到地磁场的影响。大脑在睡眠的时候也会受到磁场的影响。如果人们头朝北,脚朝南睡觉的话,会最大限度的减小磁场对人身体的干扰,而使睡眠质量更好。

睡觉应该选择最舒服的姿势
It is good effect for body sleeps as bow and light burden for rightward. The research indicated that “sleep as bow” can reduce acting force of gravity on body. Because hearts are mainly left side of human body, pressure which heart stands can be reduced if sleep rightward. At the same time, both hands can not be placed nearby the heart.
睡眠的时候应该朝右边稍微弯曲身体。有调查表明弯曲身体睡觉可以最大限度减少地球引力对身体的影响。因为,心脏在人体的左侧,如果朝左睡的话会压迫心脏。同时,两只手也不能放在心脏的附近。

子时和午时睡眠更好
Regardless of being “late sleep” or “early sleep”, people should capture their own biological clock and improve efficiency of sleep. The TCM theory believed that Zi(11:00 pm to  1:00 am of second day) and Wu (daytime 11:00 to 13:00) are when temperature difference changes the greatest, at this time people should rest properly.
不管是早睡还是晚睡,人们应该更了解自己的生物钟,而使睡眠更有效。中医理论认为,子时(晚上11点-凌晨1点)和午时(中午11点-13点)是人的身体温差变化最大的时候,这个时间人们应该正常休息最好。
