Yi-Jin-Jing易筋经

It is said that when the monk Bodhidharma visited the Shaolin Temple one thousand years ago he noticed that the monks were weak and unhealthy. He devised a system of exercises to strengthen them called Yi-Jin-Jing, which means "the sinew transformation practice."
据说,菩提达摩1000年以前拜访过少林寺,但是,他也注意到了,少林寺的和尚看上去身体很弱,很不健康。因此,他发明了易筋经的锻炼方法来强健他门的体魄。
Yi-Jin-Jing consists of a series of postures performed with special breathing techniques designed to strengthen the tendons, ligaments, fascia, bone marrow, and the internal organs. By infusing your connective tissue with Qi, or bio-energy, you feel unified, balanced, and steely strong.
易筋经是由一系列的姿势再加上特殊的呼吸方法组成的,目的是为了加强筋、韧带和内部器官。把气灌输到人的结缔组织中去,会使人感觉到身体达到统一、平衡,并使身体如钢筋般的强壮。
The exercise helps you develop a vast reserve of inner power that you can draw on whenever you project your energy during any kind of demanding activity such as sports, healings, or any arduous task in your daily dealings.
这种训练方法会使你在你的身体内部储存下大量的能量,当你需要的时候,这些能量就会发挥出巨大的作用,比如:运动、疗养、或者是你在执行繁重的工作时。
