Meditation冥想

More and more doctors are prescribing meditation as a way to lower blood pressure, improve exercise performance in people with angina, help people with asthma breathe easier, relieve insomnia and generally relax the everyday stresses of life.
越来越多的医生把冥想作为一种药方,用来降低高血压;缓解心绞痛;帮助哮喘病人改善呼吸;缓解失眠;更普遍的是释放每天工作压力。
Meditation is a safe and simple way to balance a person's physical, emotional, and mental states.
